Kids Art AI transforms uploaded children's drawings into AI-generated illustrations ("Masterpieces") for personal, non-commercial family use. By using the site you accept these terms.
The service is intended for families with children. Accounts are created by a parent or guardian; children may use the service only under parental supervision.
Generations are paid in virtual credits ("Stars"). Stars have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money. One illustration costs 3 Stars. Purchased Stars are added to your account balance.
You keep all rights to your drawings and Masterpieces. You grant us only the technical right to process your drawing to create your Masterpiece and store it in your personal cabinet. Masterpieces are private by default and are never published without your explicit action.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights. We may refuse processing of such content.
Results are generated by neural networks and may vary in style and detail. We guarantee delivery of a generated result or automatic return of Stars.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Stars used. We are not liable for indirect damages.
We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the updated terms.
